Spoiler!

anyway. I'm not done with this project yet. right now I wish to go over the lines again, this time turning them into good sharp/hard lines. I'm not really sure what the best way would be to go over it. Should I use vectors? or something else. How can I make it look kind of rough, but less sketchy than it is now?

To be honest, you could try the hard round brushes. Or make a square brush.
