Never heard of a Moa before, and Discovery Channel sucks.

When I saw the achievement, I thought maybe it was some kind of secret enemy or something.

Also "If they've come to hear me beg" or something like that was pretty easy. Got it on my fourth assassination, while I've heard there's people that have been trying for days and days to get it. :D

Edit: Also, the garage with the 2 hunters, while on legendary, can kiss my ass.

i tried to get the moa achievement and they have always been the fastest achievement on easy but then i noticed to get achievements it has to be on legendary or harder. What mission is best to get the assasinate elite to save fatal fall achievement?
P.S Halo reach is awesome.

Normal or harder, legendary is the hardest mode lol.

In order:
Easy (No achievements possible)
Normal (All possible)
Heroic
Legendary (You better have some aiming skills or you're going to cry.)

Pillars of Autumn is supposed to be the best for "If you've come to hear me beg." (The name of the fall achievement.)

Basically right away at the ledge, on the road below, there's an Elite. I suggest you youtube it to get an idea of how to do it exactly.

^ That took is so long in co-op even. We probably died like 5 times too.

I will try some achievements this weekend probably.

Lol @ the Drive not splattering him :sohappy: Although sometimes they surprise Armor Lock.

Went on a major Sniper Spree in Invasion Slayer on Hemorrhage today. Emptied 3 I think nearly all Kills. They just kept spawning in the same area in the middle of the canyon lol.. Then I farmed some Elites getting in the Wraith turrets. This game puts Halo 3 to shame.

yep thats where i did it, you can load it up and its literally right there. And then I made a video on my fileshare :P

There's one map which is way to small for big team...and I keep getting that frikkin map ._. And elite slayer is just...well it's just plasma spamming hoping for a stuck ._.

Well If your thinking Countdown..I hate that map aswell lol...I hate getting that map on BTB...team slayer on that map is fine though. And yea "If they came to hear me beg" is on the beginning of Pillar of Autumn and you have to sprint off the cliff...and in mid air get out of sprint mode..(barely tap the toggle backwards and then hold RB while landing on the Elite..I think people are making it more difficult then it really is.

I often don't even get to the elite if I stop sprinting mid air. Either that or he walks away right as I'm about to land on his back >.< And yes I mean countdown. It's too Farking small for 8v8. I turned the corner and 5 needle rifles were pointed at my face accompanied by like 8 plasma grenades ugh.

Anytime I'm Spartan in Invasion, I often get loads of Plasma flying past me or an Active Camo douche sitting in a corner waiting for me to walk through to door and get stuck or slashed with a sword.

If you use it properly it can be sweet. Shotgun is best for it. I've come out of it and immediately fire the shotgun and they get owned hard. Also good for people that think it's easier to kill with vehicles by ramming you. The trick to it is, don't use it for the full time, they expect that and plus, your armor won't recover by the time it's up anyways so might as well surprise em. I have a friend that locks at all the right times and unlocks and owns. Another thing, it's efficient if you don't let your armor drop till your about dead, because then 1 shot kills are common. I think it also prevents being stuck from killing you if you got stuck before you locked. Happened to me yesterday, I could have sworn I got stuck and when I locked, It exploded either on the ground right where I stood or on my leg.

Yesterday I had to clean my disc...It wouldn't read grrr :/ Installed it to my hdd now so meh xD Hopefully it gets faster.

So I did some gruntpocalypse...I didn't get much credits for it lol >.<

Yep, as someone said if you can time it right, you lock just as a vehicle hits you it will kill a ghost & red-wraith like vehicle. Timing it for when someone chucks a grenade is helpful, as nades are quite powerful in this. Ive been really learning some drop shield strategy, getting the hang of hologram. They can honestly all work well once you play with them a bit. If you had a communicating team using diff abilities and working together, i think that would be quite a game. Unfortunately almost always stuck with mic-less randoms.

Fun thing to do: Send out a hologram, and stick it with a sticky grenade.

If you armor lock, turn the camera to face someone if they try to get behind you for an assassination, then right when it breaks, melee them, doubly effective because the effect of armor lock breaking, breaks nearby shields. (Which is also why you should stay the fuck away from someone if they use armor lock, just stand back, and try to time a grenade.

I saw on the map someone moving behind me last night, could tell i was about to be assassinated. So i locked, and look behind me to see the sword guy all confused why i wasnt dead. unlocked + melee to the face = I gots a sword.
