The little things I've done I have found rather appealing, did half the "Great Northern Wall" mission last night but the lag I have made it unplayable so I logged off.

How can you like Ascalon?! It's so depressive. Orange sky, deserted areas, everything orange. Just want to stab my eyes everytime I'm forced to play through it. Only forced too because I really like the Tyrian hair/faces. P.S: I suggest you to pick up EotN if you didn't. Great expansion + information on GW2.

Nightfall is my favorite by far. God damn it thinking about it is just amazing. The couple weeks I spent over the summer playing GW:Nightfall and completing it twice, were the most fun weeks I have ever spent gaming, and after I finished it I pimped out my derv for running, god it was amazing.

Thanks for the builds guys, It sucks the all the current meta builds actually requires a ranger to use other weapons other than a standard bow (But oh wellz) ya nightfall was definitely my favorite campaign, its the best storyline that doesn't spell too much 'lame'. I agree Prophecies was long and boring, its like a person finishing a bag of chips at the end of a movie and opened another pack then ask if you want to watch another movie. I think we should all do some missions together sometimes P.S.If anyone need a guild let me know, my friends' guild is recruiting and our alliance leader is a girl (ya really) which means +9999999999999

I've finished Nightfall many times but I still get buttfucked at Gate of Madness I've never been good at using Heroes so I just call guildies to get it down

^ That was by far the toughest mission for me the first time around but with experience comes a few tricks, a simply counter to shiro is the block spirit ran on a hero and have yourself run sos, then simply summon your spirits in a fairly wide circle around shiro and he will spend all his time trying to kill them without much succes thanks to armor ( forgot the full name ).

I don't remember the specific names, but I remember epic wipes in the mission with the spiders in that cave, then you go outside to fight the boss... LOL. But my favorite missions were the one when you started in the jail cell, and also the one in the town where you talk to the guy and go to some dark arena with the bosses and they spawn after something, completely forgot the name. But that mission was So challenging, it was amazing . I also love the ascension mission in prophecies around the hydra. Guild Wars, such epic times. That was probably the only game where I loved playing as ANY class.

Yeah in arenas, funny stuff. The jail cell I wana say was mission 7 is nightfall, before that tunnel ambush mission where you travel across to a new area. (Kodonur Crossroads is the name) The other one was the one in the small town where you talk to an NPC and are teleported to a dark arena (grand court of sebelkeh) and the gate of pain was the one with the hilariously epic wipes. Even PvP characters were SO much fun in the game lol, playing with new friends every day, omfg such amazing times Also I LOVE EOTN! That was such a fun expansion lol, I just HATE prophecies (well I don't hate it ) because the missions are WAY too long, I like factions because it rewards you for speed, and I hate too long missions, so I loved running missions quickly and for a fee for lower level people. My favorite memory is prob when I bought Nightfall, and it came with the MOX hero, and I was trampling through factions on my assassin with that hero... gooooood times

If I remember right you have to get the Golem Manual then defeat P.O.X in Cantha, "Letter".O.X in Tyria and "Letter".O.X in Elona. Then you had to run through Magumaa Jungle to the Falls to find that secret lab. M.O.X and 10k reward at the end, fun quest

When I got it early on, it just came with the box haha, no quest , so we had a bunch of level 10s running around with Mox smashing everything and anything in its way. Gooooood times I regret never getting through prophecies though

New update tiem!!! OvO Embark Beach- Added the Embark Beach location to the Battle Isles.
- Added new Zaishen Vanquish quests to Embark Beach.
Heroes- Mercenary Hero Slots are available for purchase from the In-Game Store and the NCsoft Store.
- Added Mercenary Registrars to the Great Temple of Balthazar, Lion’s Arch, Kaineng Center, and Kamadan, Jewel of Istan.
- Raised the party maximum on Heroes from three to seven.
Pre-Searing Updates- New Pre-Searing quests are available from Lieutenant Langmar in Ascalon City.
- Added Kimmes the Historian to Ascalon City.
- Added the skills vendor Halbrik to Ascalon City.
Title Updates- The Drunkard title now awards points based upon the number and strength of drinks consumed.
- The Survivor title now awards rank based upon the most experience gained between deaths.
UI Updates- Added an online status drop-down box to the character select screen.
- Added a "Ready" status drop-down box to the party window.
Guild Wars Wiki notes- This build also introduced the minion UI.
- Heroes are now sorted by profession in selection dropdown menu and party search window.
Definitely digging the update. I nearly got Survivor but died in a lagspike, glad I can get another shot at that title. I saved up all the booze I ever got in the time I played GW, not wanting to spend 10000 minutes drunk, and now they make it spammable. (WTB new liver) You can - in char select - choose if you want to login as Online/Away/DND/Offline, and during PUGs you can select if you are Ready or Not Ready to leave. If not everyone's status is set to Ready, the quest/mission cannot begin. Embark is going to be the new Spamadan and meeting place for PUGs, for anti social hermits there are 7 party heroes. If you pay EUR 8.99 for 1 or EUR 34,99 for 8, you can have your other characters serve as Heroes: Hello gamers. Look at your heroes. Now back to yourself. Now back to your heroes. Now back to yourself. Sadly, they aren't you. But if your heroes stop being cheapskates and pay 34.99, they could look like you.LOL I tweeted a shorter version of this on Twitter, and Arenanet actually retweeted it wtf.

Holy shit, the having your other characters play as a hero is freaking awesome. Is that what they call a Mercenary? Anyways, I'll check out Embark tomorrow, better have a nice "theme" to it.

Embark is pretty ok but I think the star of this patch is the 8 hero system, just lots to do and try. Right now I am mostly dealing with my outdated builds and capping skills ( my mesmer has elite armor but no skills ... ).

I started playing again if anyone wants to join up. I'm focused on getting 23 HoM points for the fellblade.

Go for 30, is fairly easy specially now that the new 8 hero system is out. I also gave away most of my gold ( 700g ) last week to another person I know who was going for the hom achievement =o.

I bought another fellblade (still have my Q8 15>50 one). I made a fun W/Me build just so I would have an excuse to add to my collection.

So I just recently (like 2 weeks ago or so) started playing this AWESOME game. I just started because I was so freaking hyped for Guild Wars 2 I thought it was worth it to get to know the lore more (I also read both books ). So I started a E/Me and I'm almost at Lion's Arch now, just finished The Frost Gate. Also found a great guild called Veritas Invictus [TRUE] that's been around since 2005. I love how great this game looks even being from 2005 and so, and they got a lot of the game mechanics right. Well, a little too much instancing maybe. As to everyone saying they don't like Prophecies, I can't understand them. Probably it's because i love lore and all of those great missions

If you think prophecies is great gameplay wise wait til you get to the other campaigns, nf particularly should be a fun experience.

Nightfall & Eye of the North are awesome lore/story-wise. I find Factions to be fun and Proph can S my D. Think you'll really like Nightfall though. It explains a lot of things from Prophecies like the Realm of Torment and Abbadon.
