Was wondering if you could buy a premium ticket on a character in Greece, and it'll let you join other servers in traffic??

Well if you have a premium ticket on an account you can use that ticket for any other characters on that account. I havent tested it since I dont have a pt, but if it works for the account wouldnt that account work in any server as long as it was the same account? you just wouldnt be able to use that character that actually have the pt in the second server you were trying to log into.

It only works on the server of the account the ticket is active on, for example: You start your ticket on Xian on XXXXX account, then you try to log into Venice on the same XXXXX account, you won't get preferred access because the ticket was originally set in Xian on XXXXX.

Ugh this sucks, been trying to get into Rome yesterday to GET a premium ticket so I don't have to deal with this server traffic. But thanks for telling me, I appreciate it.
