- NO sweets and stuff, they are just totally bad. No cookies or anything, but maybe a multigrains bisquit, or oatmeal cookies.

- For lunch, try putting something like turkey or chicken on your sandwich.. make something nice of it. some tomato's/sauce, cucumber, save, boiled egg, and cheese.

Well, that's all my health class and gym could teach me about healthy eating and livving..



Thanks. Great advice. Btw on the chicken burger thing, well, i'm in highschool so wth am i suppoed to eat LOL. all they got is burgers/burritos/tacos etc. My friend said to eat chieck burger because the spicyness helps lose weight + chicken is better meat + makes u full.

So yeah, unless i bring lunch XD

EDIT: oh and i'm not fat unless u call 5'7 144lbs fat. But yeah all im saying is i still have a 1keg, and i want it to be flat at least, if not six pack. So yeah. It's not like i need gastric bypass surgery shit or w/e lol

im 4 inch taller and same weight, im far from beeing fat though.

C'mon, it may be seen as social suicide to do that, but at least it's healthier for you then them damn burgers.

Take my advice on the turkey sandwich....

Oh, and the sauces, it's not the cholestrol that your downing everyday, it's more the fat in it.. it may not look like it, but it's better to not take them.. better sound then sorry,...

And if nothing else works, ask smurf for a big pic of his sixpack, and glue it on your stomach.

Oh, did I allready said NO Farking ALCOHOL???

It's not only a huge terror on your liver, as it allready has to deal with all the other shit your downing, but thanks to alcohol you allso hold a lotta fat...

Tomatos

dunno, your body can be pretty different from others regarding food absorption, metabolism rate, etc

cereal is ok, but grain is better, like oats, barley, or rice

Don't Farking eat Kitties! cookies are good, as long as their low on fat...

food at our school tastes like shit but its damn near $7 to even have a "full" lunch

Schoolday:

1. Wake up
2. Eat breakfast (cereal or sandwich)
3. Make lunch (turkey sandwich?)
3. Go to School
4. Eat lunch (limit condiments)
5. Go home
6. Eat a snack? (iono controversy herre)
7. Run the Treadmill
8. Play basketball if weather permits (outside halfcourt 3on3s)
9. Go home/shower
10. Eat dinner
11. Hmwk/Silkroad.
12. Sleep


Repeat. Thoughts?

it is not bad to have some meat on your body. me, i dont like to hug sticks and guys who's bodies are so hard. i'd rather hug someone with a little meat on his bones so its comfty and stuff :] but of course its always nice to have a guy with a nice body that you can brag about to your friends hehe but remember too much muscle is too f*cking ugly ;p

Hmmmm.... Before eating your breakfast, start boiling an egg.

Then after you have finished breakfast your egg will be ready (you only have to cook it for 7 mins, maybe you eat fast 'n stuff..
Make your turkey sandwich this way:

Wheat bread, if it's white or too dark it's not that good...
Boiled egg, make sure you won't cook it too long so it turns blue, or too short that it falls apart even taking the shell off...
Turkey, a few slices.
Lettuce (thanks Smurf, forgot that for a sec, so I said Save.. does anone even use that nowdays??)
A slice of cheese.
Few slices of Cucumber.

Just put on first the cheese, then the turkey, - lettuce - cucumber - egg.

Delicious...
Maybe a little bit of salt...

But it's good.

Wrap it up, put it in your bag and go to town ya'll!

I mean, school...

Ok well i guess thats what im doing wrong. because u see

i get home about 3:45-4:00

then i rest till 5ish. Then at 5ish i get my butt to the treadmill and run a mile. That takes about 8min. Then i lift alittle bit then go out to the basketball courts a block down. So when i'm done playing basketball that's probably about 7-7:30


Then i go home, take a shower, and rest. So i actually EAT dinner at like 8:30-9:00pm
