Don't know any non-botters on Hera who have actually put all of it to use. The bright side to it is that you're very rarely if ever off-ticket though.
If you have the money to spend, and 3 hours isn't cutting it, go for it.
Er.. to answer the question: Yes.

If you got enough free time, along with the patience and will to grind 5 hours a day, sure.
I don't even got time for the 3 hour ticket.

5 hours is just to long for a legit player except for maybe weekends.

I personally dont think it is worth it. 5 hour grinding is crazy. The upside is the nice premium fruit quest you could do (and finish on time) that gives alot of sp.

perhaps if your second char is getting plvled in turns by you and some guild friends then 5 hours shouldnt be a problem ... but still 5 hours is a lot, csro does not even have the premium plus ...

This ticket is bad :
Botters can play 5 hour / day... ( unless you have no family, and no job.) the +10 str/int +10% thingy kind of f*ked up the balance between premium and non premium player.

Well if you plan on giving up your life for a month. Prolly 6 Hours atleast because of going to town for pots and repair. + 8 hours of sleep = 10 hours left - shower daily(I would imagine all of you) and getting dresses = 9 hours left - Eating all 3 meals a day leaves 7 hours a day. Not much I might add.

The five hour premium is worth it because it gives you extra grinding time just in case 3 hours isn't enough. Also the skill exp bonus you gain is more than enough compensation for spending 29 USD per month.

Myself I'll buy the premium when the summer holidays start. Why? 1. I really don't have the time to connect then because I'll be outside more than I've been over winter and now. 2. I'll have time to use the 5 hours, I'll be able to play late into the night, means more time to be outside earlier (2pm~8pm). 3. I want get at least level 64 then. :>
