lol? something seems kinda off that you say you're a girl.
since your sig says it, and you imply it like 5 times in your paragraph
but that's off topic
pure ints do more damage obviously, but have a lot less health
hybrids usually last a bit longer, but don't do as much as a pure
i would say pure, but that's my opinion

pure int is the way to go. hybrids aren't very good, because they are more for if you are wanting to experiment... which would be hard on you since you are starting out with no money right? it could also cost you more sp in the long run... and frustrations ... so go either pure int or pure strength. .. pure int is pretty intense

it's true, but you won't do as much damage, in my opinion it's not worth a few extra hit points, since you can add hitpoints to items now... you'll never be able to take more than a few hits at higher levels if you go hybrid int it might be frustrating as a pure int, but i think it would be more frustrating as an int hybrid... if you're not experienced in the game to know exactly what you want out of it... and to have the money to back it up with good weapons/gear if you fall on times where you're experiencing a period where you're weaker than the stuff you're fighting... plus adding str for a nuker is just a bad idea since you'll never really use that str other than for the extra hit points...

Fire & Lightning. They are teh strongs. Use a Spear until you're like 60, then use a Sword & Shield for cave.

You can use Ice for the phys. defense buffs if you want to SP farm. Why S&S for cave? Cuz its leet. 'Nuff said.

i recomend pure builds for beginners for building a hybrid you first need like alot of knollage about ballance and defence and skills etc etc
for beginners its simply alot more eazy to go pure so thay dont have to wurry about ballance issues and such
sword shield would be a very good int build for a new player to start with you have some more defence thanx to the shield , and still plenty of power to kill mobs thans to your ..err.. int ( yeh )
nukers need alot of skill points , for that you need to farm , or keep a large diferance between your current highest mastery lvl and you chars own lvl
So for some one who's just stating it might be best to start building a single element nuker , thay need lots less sp to start out with , and eventualy as your knollage and experiance grows in sro stuff you can tweek your own build by farming a lil extra and adding skills from other masterys besides your main element and your weapon skills
if you wanna start a nice nuker witch can be tweeked eazely with out the need to restart a new char or waist alot of time and ingame ( or out game ) gold to remove skills than a full int sword shield in armor with either fire or lightning as a main would do very nicely as a basic start
if you wanna be a fire nuker as a start than you only need to put 14 points into lightning mastery so you can get lvl 1 graswalk flow( 20% faster run/walk speed) and lvl 3 Must-Piercing force ( 5% extra magic damage ) , 30 points into bisheon mastery , so you can get lvl 1 stomp and smash , lvl 9 illusion chain , lvl 1 billow chain , and lvl 3 Shield Protection Series (Passivethe very last skill in the list) the rest all goos into fire mastery , and you only need to lvl up fire imbue , and work your way up to book 1 flame wave arrow ,
Once you have your fire nuke you can nuke + billowchain+ stomp & smash most monsters that are around your lvl . this build is very basic , has only one nuke till lvl 43. But by the time you get to lvl 30 and actualy get your first nuke , you would have probbly learnd alot more about sro , and might already have started farming and tweeking it to a full 2 or 3 element sword shield nuker for now this is a good frame to start lvl with , a bid bare , but defenetly not bad as a basic frame to expand upon , you cant do anything wrong with it following these skills as these skills are needed anyway's , the bisheon skills are needed to lvl with , and the lightning skills are skills you need anyway's , and can later expand upon , eventualy you will wanna lvl up lighting mastery more so you can get shock lion shout series , lightning nukes , parry buffs , add coldmastery , take defence buffs frost wall , mabe a cold nuke , lvl up the bisheon skills so you can get knock down skills and stabs for pvp etc etc
The lightning version is almost the same , , you need the same bisheon skills , and no fire mastery , all you need to do is , lvl up the lightning imbue , get lvl 1 graswalk flow , lvl up the pierce force series ( to increase your mag damage ) , lvl up the shock lion shout series and lvl up the the lightning nuke.
Once your lvl 30 you can lightning nuke + shock lion shout , (and use billow chain if its still standing) on mobs .
and now a big tip :
Do not , ever never ever ever take alot of skills in each skill tree , it might seem cheap now in the beginning , but you will be crying at lvl 25 ,
Most ppl take alot of skills that will only actualy effect em like 3 levels , i mean like walking around with lvl 1 cold passive and lvl 1 cold buff is not ganna help you for long , skills are made to be leveld to keep effect , low lvl skills that increase defence and attack rating and parry are a complete waist of sp if thay are not kept upto level , so DONT do it if you want these skills than considder the fact you must also pay for them in skill points and level them as you level , or els thay will just screw up your total mastery lvl and wont realy help you at all
If you wanna see how much sp you need ( its alot ) at some wat higher lvl's go to mmosite<-- click this thingy!!!!!
there is lists of all skills with sp costs and do not think you get more sp at higher lvl's , this is not so , your sp remains static , meaning it dus not increase as you lvl up , it remains basicaly the same , so if you need a skill for 300+ sp , that will be alot of mobs you must kill it dusnt matter if your lvl 3 or at lvl 50 it still alot of mobs

i dunno if some1 already said this but u can be a hybrid without having all ur stats the same. I mean if u lean more towards int but u also have points into str then ur considered an int hybrid. Same goes for str when u put some points into int and u are leaning more towards str then ur a str hybrid. Go to the Character and Skills forum to and go check out Fly's top 3 builds guide thing (its a sticky)
Edit: WOW i feel stupid this IS the Character and Skills forum lol

hmm you can either go pure int from now on , or do 2 int -1 str per lvl till lvl 20 , than go pure
2:1 till 20 than pure int is still around 90%mag ballance at higher lvl's ,

Yes, and go read my reply, btw in that reply I forgot to mention at later levels lots of monsters use magic attacks and that's when you should switch to garment.

nukers should use armor or protector or els thay will get horribly raped by crits from str mobs
ints usualy dont need extra mag defence vs mag mobs couse of their own natural high mag defence , alot of mobs also have mag and phy damage
