Step by step:
1. Click the turn on button on your CPU to turn on your computer.
2. Wait until windows fully starts.
3.Connect to the internet.
4. Open your internet broswer. Mozzila Firefox didn't want to open the page for changing password, so i think it's better to use Internet Explorer, but only for this.
5. Go to http://www.silkroadonline.net
6. Don't Log In.
7. Click on the Forget your ID or PW? Please click here! Button.
8. Don't fill in information to Find your ID, go to the Change password part.
9. Tipe in your ID and e-mail used at registration.
10. When you procced to the next page, you will have to answer your secret question, do it.
11. Enter your new password.
12. Click the X button in the top right corner of your screen.
13. Click double on the Silkroad icon on your desktop or Click start > Programs/All Programs > Joymax > Silkroad > Click on the icon.
14. Enjoy playing Silkroad with your New Password.
I hope it's detailed enough .

A good question... hmmmmm... hmmmmmm...
I got two ideas:
1. Call 911.
2. Punch the CPU as hard as possible until it turns on.

Exactly master, CPU CENTRAL PROCCESSING UNIT, not CASE. CPU is a little peice normally around the middle of your case, on the left or right side. Go read a damn book about computers!
