Yep, it's called the "Tablet of spending money on the item mall to buy astral and immortal stones to put on your weapon"

hahah I just noticed. whenever anyone makes a thread, cuchulainn is there to answer it. and usually first to be there.

immortal and astral are added through item mall.

however what about lucky and steady?

where can i get those tablets?

Steady is a rare drop from mobs. Lucky can be gotten using a destroyer rondo. I'm not sure if it is a monster drop or not.
