Alright while i will be getting both lines, as of right now I'm only looking to level up one of them.

Which in your opinion would do better in pve?
Which would do better in pvp? (both against each other, and against other builds)

Cleric will be the subclass

in pve my preference was axes. had a 54 warrior/cleric all three weapons mostly maxed to its level before but pvp the 2 hander still better, maybe different higher up but axes got good aoe which will help you grind alot faster then 2 hander 2 hand does have aoe too but axes aoe is better

course 1 hander is still close to my heart but thats not what you asked, but since you're sub cleric its not really a prime choice, maybe grind with axes for now and get 2 hander later for pvp

if you can get alot of parties axes are still alot better then 2 hander (1 hander prefered in parties but axes can make do)

I can't really call it grinding, more like tanking for gold bots.

2hs is powerful, but the attacks are slow compared to DA's.

PvE ... I'd go with DA.

PvP ... Both are good, though leaning more towards 2hs than DA.

Well as you can see from my sig, I have chosen to use all the weapons a Warrior can use.
- 1h for party play. Nothing to explain here
- DA mostly for statuses, yes they are fast but the damage is really so-so for me.
- 2h for pvp. The best is to learn to switch between DA and 2h and you're good.

just to let people know

axes is stronger than daggers without buff on... so if rogues kill without buff on, axes would too and it has better def (only axes looses out on crit)

wow impressive never knew about the rogue damage being similar.

Anyways thanks for the help, was getting mostly the same answers i was expecting.

But ya, im thinking they might be underrated in pvp. Any thoughts?
Especially against 2h warriors too, they attack slow enoguh so that you should be able to sprint and axis or the 2 hitting skill which stuns to cancel the attacks right?

Dual axe is only decent in both.

1H/DA/cleric=win, 1h for parties, 1H+DA for pvp.

Awesome, thanks for all the input =)

Ya i thought that dual axe might do better in pvp against a 2h, simply because of 2h's slow attack. Do you think there would be enough time to sprint and axis quiver/sudden twist the other warrior to cause stun while they are charging up for something like daredevil?

As for vs other builds I dont see why 2h might do better though. I agree the stronger hits are great, but with attack rating increase and a high crit dual axe shouldnt it do equally as well if not better?
For example shield users, you can get mroe hits in and not worry about block where as 2h rely on every hit to finish.
As well against snowshield high dps should drain mana so they cant attack right?
I do know all their builds have their pros and cons and i am getting both, it just seems that dual axers are way too underrated.
-----> Interesting Fact<------
Read the description of the dual axe line in game, kind of reflects how silkroad players treat dual axes =)

As well for the attacks that say they get stronger if the opponent is stunned/bound/dulled etc, does the attack increase with each of those statuses? or only once regardless of how many of those statuses are on them?
Example. would it be different if they had stun and dull or just dull?

the damage only increases once for the status that it says, how ever it also gets increased further if the target has been knocked down effectively doing double damage to a dulled and knocked down enemy

dual axes are pretty cool, but i like shields call me old fashioned, but i do perfer axes over 2 hander for the cool factor (off topic it would be really wicked to pk2 axes to look like 1 handers so it look like you have 2 1 handed swords at the same time combined with those moves would be sweet)
