Hi all,

I heard some rumours about that the Piercing Force Serie
of the Chinese Lightning-class only work with the skills from
the Lightning tree.
I am full strength bow and I use the fire imbue,
does the Piercing Force Series help with the fire imbue?

(My build is going to be: 100pacheon/100fire/80lightning/20cold)

i've been wanting to test it when i get my bower past the 50s adn try with maxed

fire imbue then light imbue, with and without piercing force.

A friend tried it and he said he didnt realize a difference for fire, but mind you he was only in his 30s, so the ere wont be much of a difference there -_-.

i honestly dont know for sure

Okay if there is no difference,
the only advantage of light for a full STR
would be the Wind Walk series.
Is the advantage big enough to get the lightning tree
instead of going 100weapon/100fire/100ice?

Not noticeably. You'll only really notice difference in imbue damage as a pure STR if you are using a sosun or something like that. As a pure STR your magical damage is pretty much none, so the piercing force will change nothing at all.

And yeah, the only point in going with lightning for pure str is the speed/mobility, which is invaluable in most cases, mainly the ghost walk, not the grass walk because for jobbing you'll prolly buy 100% speed pots even if you have light maxed. The piercing force affects all kinds of mag damage by the way, not only lightning's.
