Farming @ Level 60

Hi everyone, I plan to farm @ level 60 when I got a new weapon. My skills are now at Level 49. Is the spawn rate of monster for Level 60 fast?

Usually people who sp farm near that level are in mid 50's. They farm on either ishades or penons or some other monster. People who are level 60 start to go in the caves... But I don't know much about sp farming there.

Any particular level I should farm on where the spawn rates fast? My skill level 49. Gonna cost a bomb to de-level

Not a problem even I need to de-level much, need to get a place which has the fastest spawn rates so you dont spend time running around.

Search around. I can't really remember a good spot, but they spawn fast everywhere.
