Since with arrival of the new lvl 100cap, people have been disscussing that force is no longer a option for bladers. Imo without force, a pure str blader cant really deal much in pvp. So is hybrid blade becoming an option now?

It always was an option.

As far as not needing force, blader chains have more debuffs and interrupters than force so it really isn't necessary.

they have a few debuffs, but you are less likely to put them on someone
either way: after 100 cap, force builds wil have a hard time: either max force or dlvl it completely
