What level can you enetr there and what level mobs there is?

50 and lvl 61-70 mobs

Best be careful though.

You may be able to enter them, but useually there is a barage.. of Party Mobs, from the onslaught of powerlevel.. its hard to actually level in there now.. Its like a free for all to get the best powerlevel spot.. >.<".

Good thing the Jangan is so large, it avoids powerlevel on a scale like Dongwhang.
