Hi, what level character can make that thing that puts a protective barrier circle up? Can chinese do this or only euro? Also is there a skill that just does this but for individual players in a party or maybe a selected target individual?

The harmony therapy circle? it is at level 23 and it is only chinese that can do that. Furthermore you need force (in the force tab, under the chinese skills)

Also it only stops regular (pt) mobs. So (pt) champs/giants/elites etc will go through, but I think that later books (like the 3rd or something) also protects from champs.

I remember when the Harmony Therapy (and later books) also protected your wolf even when you sent her out to fight. You could sit there in the circle, send your wolf out to attack a monster, and that monster won't even acknowledge the wolf. It will just take damage, walk around randomly, and die.

Too bad they 'fixed' that... :(

For European characters, bards have the Noise skills that you can cast on yourself and, in some books, cast on party members. Noise travels with you and has the same preemptive attack prevention that the harmony circles do. So you're not stuck sitting in one place. Only thing is, the Noise skills don't regenerate your HP/MP if I recall correctly.

You can only cast noise on yourself and it always prevents mobs 10 levels above the skill level. No regeneration, no casting on pt members.
