Entry Requirements Players must have reached a minimum level of 30, and can only initiate the instance by being in a
party when talking to the relevant NPC. The NPC will appear at South Pass (for Ashland) and North
Pass (for Bohren) every 2 hours. Players can only enter the instance once every 2 hours.
Rules Players who enter the instance will have the current amount of gold in their backpacks removed for
the duration of the instance.
Killing monsters in the instance will earn you certain amounts of money, but it cannot be removed
from the instance, so it is best to spend it all at the NPC located inside the instance.
The winning condition of the instance requires players to kill off every single monster that appears
in the instance, but should the Life Stone be destroyed, all will be lost. Players will automatically be
revived beside the Life Stone in 15 seconds should they die in the instance. The Life Stone can be
affected by HP adding or HP restoring skills, so do your best to keep the Life Stone intact!
The levels of the monsters in the instance are determined by the highest-level member of the party.
Their attack and defense powers are adjusted accordingly, as are their HPs, which will be higher if
there are more members in the party.
There will be a total of 30 waves of monsters, with each wave containing about 10 to 15 monsters.
Each wave will appear after 1 minute. The monsters' difficulty will increase with each wave, with
waves 10, 20 and 30 being BOSS waves (only 3 of such monsters will appear in each of these
waves), which may seem ridiculously hard to bear. Every few waves, watch out for random
monsters which will appear in the area beside your Life Stone (you will be warned by the system in
the instance). Also, look out for self-exploding monsters that run straight for your Life Stone,
causing devastating damage to it (these monsters will not attack players).
Players may bring their own items into the instance, with the exception of gold. Items that the NPC
in the instance sells are only available for use in the instance itself. Upon exiting, these items are
removed. While inside the instance, you cannot use the trade or mail system.
You cannot use the Return skill as a means of quick return to the Life Stone in the instance. To do
so, you will need to use special quest-given items. Using Return or clicking on any Escape Gates
will remove the player from the instance.
Instance Specific Items The items below are unique to the instance, and will disappear once the player exits the instance.
Return Charm: Instance-only item. Usable item. Teleports the user to the Life Stone. Cooldown
time: 30 sec. Players will automatically acquire one after entering the instance, but you can buy
more from the NPC in the instance.
Cursing Jar (battle only): Instance-only item. Consumable. There are 3 types: Cursed Bottle, Ghost
Fire Bottle and Frozen Bottle. Different effects can be triggered according to the situation on the
battlefield. Cooldown time: 30 sec. You can buy more from the NPC in the instance.
Trap (battle only): Instance-only item. Usable item. These are classified into Thorn Traps and Stop
Traps. Players set them in a specific spot, and they will automatically attack any enemy that comes
within their effect radius. Traps have HP and MP, and when these values drop to 0, the trap will
disappear. The traps' HP and MP are recoverable via player skills. You can buy them from the
instance NPC.

for a certain period of time. Click on the constantly refreshing yellow charm in the instance to
trigger this effect.
Life Shield: Grants the Life Stone temporary invulnerability. Click on the constantly refreshing
shield in the instance to trigger this effect.
Dimension's Bomb: Dishes out major damage to monsters near the Life Stone. Players acquire this
item at random. Click on the constantly refreshing bomb in the instance to trigger this effect.
Prayer Stone: Grants players the power of Ares. All abilities are increased greatly. Players acquire
this item at random. Click on the constantly refreshing gem in the instance to trigger this effect.

the instance.
2) BOSS monsters can drop Centrifugal Stones on death, and also have a small chance to drop Soul
Crystals.
