Won a wii, should be here in a week or 2. Debating between this, Brawl, or Zelda. Which should I get first?

I hated that game IDK why, the N64 one to me was so much better.

Thnks for the response guys.
I liked the N64, but simply since UP + B = instant win for almost every situation. Much less thinking and moving around strategically involved =P

Pretty good, the quests are fun. You can do so many things: you can craft your own sets, weapons, and jewelry; you can have a farm and seed herbs, mushroms, etc for pots and other items you need for the hunt.
Seriously, cant really think of all the things you can do in that game, that's what i love the most.
There's no level, it doesnt matter how many mobs you kill, your exp will be 0, lol. I love all the weapons, except for the bowgun (looks so odd, lol). All of them are different in many many ways, with pros and cons. This game is a MUST if you own a wii. My cousin used to talk to me about it, and the day she got it and put it in my wii got me hooked pretty bad.

Fighting the Barroth with the hammer sucks. Any suggestions for a weapons similar in control that has a longer lasting sharpness like green+ ?

How about the Great Sword or a Lance? About the sharpness, just take a look before you buy/upgrade at the weapons's sharp. I cant care less about the weapon's "look", as long as the sharpness lasts a while; oh and it has 0% or more affinity. What HR are you? (you still play online)? I played the game yesterday again (was out of the country). Got to HR 51. The fight against Alatreon is epic. edit: Here's a list of all the weapons, including slots and sharpness. http://monsterhunter.wikia.com/wiki/MH3:_Weapons

I think I'll try the great sword. Yea when I started the game I didn't know much about sharpness now I know that it matters more than I thought before. I play online but not much, not much time to play anymore period but once June starts that should change, I think I'm HR 4? Haha.

Gobul, if you havent fought it that much, could be really tough. Just stay away from its mouth and lantern. He can be.... very predictable sometimes. When you find him the first time, he's buried under the ground, try to carve his whiskers before he shows up and rage. If you play online, add me and i can help you out. My HR is 72, it's really easy and quick to rank up, no need to grind or anything, just have fun and do quests and that's all you need.

I guess I really should start playing online. Single-player is getting kind of meh. Still have to beat the Lagiacrus for the first time. Got my Barroth set though!
