Happy birthday America! I'm grateful for the men who had the courage to risk their lives 234 years ago for the sake of freedom, liberty, and the values they believed in. As well as the soldiers that to this day protect that dream.
Spoiler!
America, fck yeah!
So does anyone have any special plans for today?
I myself will be working. Cause I'm lame like that. Haha.
Went to the city fair to see the fireworks yesterday . we sat closest to where they launched the fireworks, almost went blind and deaf at the same time >.>

Good morning. In less than an hour, aircraft from here will join others from around the world. And you will be launching the largest aerial battle in the history of mankind. "Mankind." That word should have new meaning for all of us today. We can't be consumed by our petty differences anymore. We will be united in our common interests. Perhaps it's fate that today is the Fourth of July, and you will once again be fighting for our freedom... Not from tyranny, oppression, or persecution... but from annihilation. We are fighting for our right to live. To exist. And should we win the day, the Fourth of July will no longer be known as an American holiday, but as the day the world declared in one voice: "We will not go quietly into the night!" We will not vanish without a fight! We're going to live on! We're going to survive! Today we celebrate our Independence Day!
Just got back from the ocean watching the fireworks off-shore.
Fell in the damn water while grabbing the line to rope our boat to the dock. The show was awesome though, beautiful sunset followed by kick ass fireworks and random explosions and yelling crowds on the shore. We were about a mile or so from them and we could still hear the people cheering.
I was supposed to work an 8 hour shift at the boardwalk nearby, but I got to go home three hours early and got to celebrate with my family. Good stuff, happy 4th!
And I love Independence Day, one of my favorite movies. Though I dunno why you put Bush with the quote, Dopple

Just got done lighting fireworks. There's something magical about lighting up the simple things like sparklers and watching your sisters go to town with them.
Brings me back to the childhood days.
Our finale firework only got halfway through, then straight lit on fire. Was pretty cool, but not what we wanted.
