Well my cousin said he can give his prototype to me for free since he is done with it :D . Ill prolly buy ACII later since its very popular ;o

Marked people (for the storyline) have a cutscene yeah, random people don't. It's part of the story.

Random people do have a cutscene, if you are talking about these sidemissions. But I wouldn't worry about that, it's only 3 seconds and that's it. ;)

OH wait you are maybe talking about the cutscenes were all the buildings dissapear and Ezio talks with the dead person? That's only for the enemies of Ezio
