Quick tip:
When starting just put something on the canvas - anything.
That white blank canvas can be intimidating.

Cool Beans. As soon as your peers vote you in, or not, pm me who you would like to challenge and I'll arrange a thread and everything with all the details.

Shomari brought upon us a new page so I shall quote this just so it will stay relevant.

EDIT:

I should also state, although I would expect this to be obvious and a given, that for the 'Photomanip's' the original image needs to be submitted in along with the modified version.

I'm taking the silence as "no" votes so I'm guessing you won't be getting that wildcard status, chris. So sorry--you may pick up a fruit basket on your way out.

Sorry I saw you ask before but I wasn't sure if you were just kidding and trying to pull my leg.:P

In laymen terms its name is its definition which is to manipulate a photograph. An Example;
Image
The artist here manipulated the top of the photograph to look like shattered glass. Of course this is but one way to manipulate a photo, a more realistic way, but I've also seen cartoon-ish approaches which look just as good. Depends on how you work with it, really.

That's fine, I understand that Panu can be intimidating especially when we let him off his leash.

Even so--you can pm a piece to me and hand in another version, should you change your mind, as long as it's before the due date. I have no problems with that.

Yeah, they are. I used to do a lot of them during class when I couldn't be bothered to listen. If I find the harddrive they're all saved on I'll post them some day.

Anyway, besides the point, glad you're having fun. Was the very reason I decided to do this. :)

You still got two days so it should be fine. I don't know what your schedule is like but you have one of the easier themes so I wouldn't expect it to take more then a couple hours.

Then again you could get lucky with an extension since I haven't heard from rek, Ol3n, Kraq or Shomari but I don't really see Sho or Kraq needing an extension to get it done. You never know though. :P

I'd love to say that it is only going to take a few hours, but what I have in mind is more like a 10 hour project. Looks like I'll be taking the axe to some things...

Right, no extensions. I'll turn in a half-finished piece before we do that again.

And I don't want to win by default again.

I've already made a prediction. The winner of 'King of SRF' will be someone who's won by default all the way through. :sohappy:

Dude your theme is nature. Throw some leaves here and there and call it a night.

I don't know why you guys are so hostile when it comes to extensions. It's better to give someone a day or two to get something handed in rather than moving on with a default win. We're not that formal of a competition here at KOFSRF Inc. :P
