I make my own, same with pizza and other comfort foods.
Me ftw ( I think cooking is one of those things we all need to know as we all ..eat .. ).

It's so insanely fattening, though, and all the foods you listed are just packed full of heart attacks. I wouldn't mind eating that stuff now and then, sure, but every time I even contemplate it I think of how fat my stomach would become and refuse. I'll stick to tuna salads with lemon juice on top. Lemon juice, now that's a versatile topping.

light mircale whip is great, pretty low fat. olive oil mayo has about half the fat of standard mayo. its very tasty. i dont cake it on as im not much for condiments anyways, cept mustard and hot sauce i think i could use an entire bottle of cholula or franks redhot in one setting.

Jalapenos, and any hot sauce, on just about any food. For some reason, in the last year, I've gotten a real taste for really hot/spicy food. <3

i have over the past few years. its insanely good for you. helps with metabolism, blood pressure, its an anti inflammitory(i take cayenne pills regularly and if i run out for a few days my joints ache,) plus it releases endorphine, so its mildly addicting.
