She said she spitted a little of water, don't know if that maybe corrupted the keyboard OR if she has a Trojan.
Im pretty sure its because of the water, i don't really see how a trojan can effect typing, but ofc its possible but if she has a trojan, make sure she removes it, and then thinks of buying a new keyboard, woulde be funny to get a new keyboard, and same thing happens
the water probably got on the paths where the signals pass. I think it should get fixed if she lets it dry completely. Otherwise there's probably no fix for it. tell her to stop using it before it short-circuits somewhere and make her put it in a place where it can dry off quickly (in the sun or on top of a radiator).
that's all I can think of =/

If it is just water, I would think it would dry out and still function properly. On the other hand, I've spilled pop in there, and daaaaaaaaamn that baby was toast lol.

ok so your friend spilled some water on the keyboard right?
Well most probably it would be ok if you let it dry. IF that doesn't work and this is a desktop not a laptop then you can try pulling out the keys and cleaning it up with a soft cloth, you can soak the cloth in water too for better effect but you need to wait for it to dry then.
Also not everything is a trojan, there are other types of malware -.- It is possible that a program virus or a joke program is responsible for this but it's a little too unlikely.
