They use babies as drug mules. What's stopping them from blowing up a 3-year-old? As much as I hate the thought of airport pat downs, we are constantly reminded that people will try to find a way to cause civilian casualties. Unfortunately, we are left in a very uncomfortable position -- between a deprived power-tripping asshole and a homicidal religious extremist.
You guys point out very disturbing incidents caused by the TSA. I completely agree with your views on these cases; however, you must apply the fact that with any group people there will always be those who will act out inappropriately (extremists). I fly frequently in the US and I can tell you I've never had any problems with the security. You shouldn't judge the TSA as a whole because of the acts of a few asshole employees, just as you shouldn't judge islamic religion based on the action of a few extremists. I'm not denying these horrible things didn't happen, but from my point of view as a frequent flyer I can see that the TSA as a whole has very legitimate goals and means achieving them.

Btw, there is a news piece going around about a guy in Denver getting arrested because he was Masturbating to a group of Highschool Netball players, this is fake, from a news source much like the Onion.

If someone wants to hurt people, they will always find a way. But this? screw that! The child was innocence molested by freaky TSA and Seriously, they'd have to find another way.
Apparently, TSA,makes the pilots go through the scans as well. Wth is the point in scanning a pilot?
We don't want the guys with handguns and the huge flying cylinder to be equipped with anything that can do large scale damage, duh.

I'm sure muslims (men and women) are subjected to being patted down as well which wont sit well with the muslim community.
On a side note you could make the experience just as embarrassing for TSA workers as well. Just walk up to them in a very short shorts donning a huge boner. Tell them its not your fault it's theirs..lol..
