 Post subject: Question about warlocks 9D +

I will soon be at the level where any decent cleric sub will have holy spell for their whole party. Although this will not change how I pvp 1 v 1, what will it mean for group pvp? I've heard people say that warlocks are excellent for group pvp at cap, but I don't see how. Their only useful skills once holy spell takes over are scream mask and group reflect.

I love this build (for grinding and pvp), but I can't imagine trying to do so when 75% of my skills won't work.

I'm pretty sure stun works too. You might not be able to put debuffs on people but you can still DoT them so they get some extra dmg while the rest of your group is attacking them. I don't really think warlocks take an offense roll in group pvp. Buff your party with scream mask/adv reflect/DoT who you can and debuff when the opportunity arrises (like when someone dies and gets ressed ;] they don't always have holy spell right away)

>.< That sounds very limited. I don't know about the 76 stun, but the single target stun doens't last if the person gets hit.. really annoying when you pvp and a kokoru attacks the person you just stunned.

Yeah that sucks lol, had it happen often to me xD Stupid kokoru's ruining my awesomeness ._. lol... No but that's basically what you can do at 9D+, holy spell should be fixed meh

100% holy spell is shit, thats why i prefer ksro csro(50% too? not 100% sure) and rsro, too bad rsro is filled with so many bots, i have the best connection there, no delays, so when i soloed my warlock it was really fast and fun.

OnT: pretty much what moshe said, can't really help in the skills part, cuz im not 9D+, but try to find someone that died, if you do, you will rape him... or play as a cleric role in ur pt.?

Depends on your sub build, But a warlock can be pretty handy Disrupting skills ( stuns Scream mask) Also the Group dots are handy to they don't seem to do much but they add up. The main thing i love Warlocks for is when it comes down to a Ress Battle Warlocks can Kill the poeple in Reverse without to much problems and when it comes down to a pure Ress Battle useally there are enough players without Holy spell . A other tactic i see warlocks use more then once ( wich i personaly never used >.>) Is the Stun + Offer even in group battles it works quite nicely.

Also After D-9 if you have a decent warlock Rod, The nukes can hurt and all the damage DOTS + nukes add up that you can do some good damage and not die easly like Wizzards in group PVP/Combat
