Once you have Facebook, boycott any real life conversations. They’re way more fun and alarming to have publicly.
Did your son tinkle on the toilet seat? Post that to his wall! Include a fun emoticon like this–> and things will work out for the best.
3. Defend Your Kid’s Honor.
Your daughter Sarah just posted a picture of herself. Her friend Doug comments: wow Sarah, someone’s drunk! lmaoz.

No need to understand what they mean, just drop hundreds of acronyms in every comment to your kid.

INB4 a bunch of people say they don't have facebook.
My dad has added me on it, and they both use that on really. They don't do any of that stuff though. I actually have pretty cool parents, unlike any retarded one that would do any of that stuff.

My grandmother added me on facebook... Ehm that's when I started thinking what the hell has this become? Also my aunts and family I don't even know have added me.

my mom, step mom, dad, uncle, aunt, my 90 year old grandmother, and 8 cousins all use facebook and i am friends with all of them. amazing nothing terrible has come of it only thing is i just dont swear in status updates anymore (have younger cousins).

My grandmother has a facebook, and can't seem to comprehend the whole "Facebook timeline" thing. So she'll post this random comment on my wall, that makes no sense. Turns out, she's talking about a photo I was in, that was taken over a year ago.
Moral of the story: Old people should stay off the internet.

Actually this, except I don't swear out of respect for my parents for some reason. Despite being 21.
My mom logs on Facebook to play Mafia Wars and my step dad does the same. That's about it.
