I'm sure they have. If it's closed beta and they release a single screenshot I'm sure they would have gotten their shit slapped so hard. Though if it's a true port they wouldn't need to play it.

It's Valve we're talking about. They have the money. I would expect more tournaments from DOTA2 in the future. With a giant prize pool like that? Of course not. But I do expect it to be relatively 'huge' maybe 200k prize pool every season or something. This right here is obvious that it'll grab the media/internet's attention. I mean look right here. We're discussing it.
