Alchemy rates are not what they want it to be. They are trying to fix it but it's hard to adjust the formula apparently.

But it is possible, i remember hunted1 changing it in indian silkroad, made it pretty high something like 45% for a +8.

anyways i just bought a lvl 101 staff +4 for 90m and totally forgot about alchemy ;/.
i did 107>110 today, and noob lv 90~ with 2m sp ;p
