Well, if it indeed was a BSOD. U should have seen it if the "automatically restart" is turned off.
The actual dump file of the BSOD should be found at: %systemroot%\MEMORY.DMP or c:\windows\minidump
To find ur standard location

Either the dump file or the error code from the BSOD is needed to know where the error is coming from.
I can only open the .dmp file @ work, cuz I don't have the debugging tools installed at home
