Tenzin is the youngest. Kya is the first born, a waterbender. And Bumi is the middle child, a non-bender.

I have a theory as to who Amon is.

Does Tenzin have any relatives? And if he does are any of them non-benders? I think they received the power to take away powers from Aang and they are jealous because they didn't get any of the actual bending powers.

It almost has to be a son of him. Unless he also ran into the giant turtlelion (lionturtle?) Aang learned it from o.O Or they just make some elaborate story around it to explain it ._.
