Really that's all you can do. Just get up and ride on. I've never laid mine down, but if I did, it wouldn't do me any good to stand in the middle of the road and end up like that doe. lol but yeah, props for taking it like a champ!

Alternatively...
7:30 onwards.
I still don't understand why he posted it on YouTube. I don't understand how his mates haven't ripped him apart after seeing the footage. I don't understand why he doesn't say anything in the description about his "MUM! MUM! MUM! MUM! MUM!" reaction when that's the only reason it's got over 100 views. What the **** was he thinking calling for his fucking mum?!
/rant. He should have been wearing gear. From what I've seen it's pretty common in America to ride in t-shirts, shorts and flip flops. Me, I've never left the house on the bike without full gear for exactly this reason.
I dunno about other countries, but hitting an animal with a vehicle without calling it in is a crime in Sweden, something they see pretty serious on tbh.

No kidding, I see countless people without a jacket or anything on. I'll be riding next spring, I don't plan on riding without a helmet, jacket, boots, and at least a pair of reinforced jeans. I don't know about the rest of the motorcyclists, but I'm not a fan of skin grafts.
See the difference in the rider's reactions? The guy with gear walked away unharmed, the second guy laid on the ground crying like a little girl.
The deer were probably just fine after this, in the first video it looks like the deer was already gone.

LMAO! That was hilarious and sad..
I walked away from this with a few broken bones, and never once cried or called my mommy to come get me. lol I would have never posted that video...

What you see as a crime, I see as a free meal. Roadkill is tasty.

dammn bro, must have been one hell of a collision. I always try to be extra careful when I see signs warning me for deer. I don't think it helps one bit though when you're driving 100 km/h+.

Yeah I was doing about 75mph on the highway, and a pickup pulled through a stop sign on a cross street right in front of me as if I wasn't even there. I wish it had been a deer to pull out in front of me instead haha
