I do it like Rock Lee where I wrap some weights around my legs and arms all day so then when I take them off I achieve super strength and super speed. The effect last long enough for a bitch or two.

"At the end of the day you're gonna listen to this: if you're a fucking shredded sick cunt you can get away with anything, bro. If you were some fat cunt making this shit, people would be all like "ooh yeah I am Vegeta bro... yehhh".. no one would give a fuck man. In life, if you wanna be noticed, you gotta be a fucking ripped cunt, be a shredded cunt, go to the gym, be a sick cunt.. fuck bitches. Not give a fuck. Cause that's what we do, bro. None of this sad cunt shit. This is the revolution, we're all gonna make it."

Didn't even need to click spoiler to know who this was about, lol. aesthetics karnt.
mehh, Zyzz died. just stay away from steroids bro. here in Holland it's becoming a rage, literally everyone is using steroids -.- a friend of mine is only 22 years old and he has already done 7 steroids cures. i showed him the video about Zyzz and told him he could die at that age too. i dont think he gives a fck lol, because he told me didn't expect to become older then 35 -.-

I think it is rather silly to view such pumped up people as role models anyway... Especially since people want to be like that so badly that they'd gladly aim for it at the expense of their own health. Personally i think staying fit is very important, i work out more than enough myself, but i wouldn't want to 'overgrow' my body's limits.
Lean and healthy is good enough... If you can sprint and jump for a few minutes without needing an oxygen mask and a nurse to watch you when your done then you're good....

I will try to keep this short and sweet. Under no circumstance should you ever listen to the advice of Zyzz.

Yeah, I'm sure Oscar Wilde was benching 100 just for warm ups. And Tait was doing 500 sit ups every day. Or even in more recent times, I'm sure Steve Jobs was pumping his cancer filled body with steroids each day just to "fuck bitches". Here's a bit of advice straight from my heart: do whatever makes you happy. Ignore the opinions of others, they aren't relevant. If you want to run marathons then go do it. If you want to teach then just go and do it. Want to play guitar? Do it. Stop looking for validation from others because it doesn't mean squat. Getting buff isn't the only way to be noticed in life. Being the best isn't the only path to a happy life. All these fucking narrow minded, egotistical "role models" can't see that another style of life, perhaps being stick thin or morbidly obese, is a perfectly fine. Or that you can simply play games for the pure enjoyment they provide, without the competition. Stop doing what other people tell you to do and just do whatever the hell you want to do.

I always wanted to try this. Just like in Dragon Ball Z
He is great in his arrogance and even greater in failing to accept that he is second-rate. If you noticed he's always the opening show and never the main event....

the fcktards should have made Vegeta SS3 against kid buu. and like that isn't enough, they make him a SS4 through the use of a machine and thus making him a f4ggot. fortunately we all know DB GT doesn't count Vegeta's final atonement moment against fat buu is the best scene of DBZ.
VEGETA ≥ GOKU

Why does a character like Vegeta resonate with so many?....The underdog that never made it...never lived up to the level of his expectation but instead was held back by his immense arrogance...Why do some of you easily identify with that?....Why not Goku who continues to rise.....continue to overcome while being relatively humble?...
Both characters suffered...except that one suffered more as result of his own arrogance....became a true "hater"....A hater of himself and of others....why be that guy?.....I guess it draws so many parallels in real life....lots of self destructing people out there in the world....A perfect depiction from that video clip with Vegeta blowing himself up...

You're reading too much into it. Vegeta is badass. End of story
@Hero: What part of that was BS....I made no absolutions...... Vegeta arrogantly thought he was the greatest Sayian alive and when he saw Goku who didn't care about such things surpassing him at every turn he grew even more bitter....(He even cried about it in one episode...)
As for real life parallels there are many people out there who are over confident and self centred without any real/solid base upon which they place these traits..... which just lead them down a miserable path in life once it is revealed that they're not who/what they portray themselves to be in terms of magnitude..
(In the anime...vegeta's miss placed belief in himself came from thinking that just because he's a prince (or was) of a powerful race that makes him the best)....This kind of thinking is self destructing or can be...He didn't understand/know himself (Well until the end) but was blinded by wanting to show he's the best....(best Sayian anyways)
I guess I can see the appeal in his character as more people are like him (in terms of struggling to achieve higher heights) than there are people like Goku who was just simply more gifted..... He reminds of football players I've played with...few were naturally talented and some had to work 10 times as hard but were still never good as the talented few....those who are skilled but untalented makes up a larger portion of any group, team, organization and society...

Yes he is badass but I still stand by my views...........However; my apologies to all for going too much into this....The OP is either a really good Troll or he is that arrogant....personality traits like that gets me off my rockers at times..

I admire his determination and his dedication, even though he's not the best he still try to get there and keep chasing his dream. There's an article I've read a few months ago that I really like, you should take a look.
I can personally vouch for hustle’s ability to make up for average and even below average innate talent. Two instances in my life stick out where hard-work and hustling paid off despite my weaknesses.
The first was back in high school. Like many American boys, I played football in high school. Genetics, unfortunately, did not bless me with natural athleticism. Starting off in 9th grade I was slow, fat, not very coordinated, and weak. Needless to say, I didn’t get a lot of playing time early in my career. I was so bad that two coaches on the team made a bet with each other on who would be able to turn me into a football player by my senior year. I didn’t discover this vote of confidence until I graduated.
But what I lacked in ability, I made up for with hustle. I volunteered to be on the scout team at practice as much as possible. I stayed after practices to work on my technique. I ate a strict diet in order to lose the fat and put on muscle. I busted butt in the weight room in order to get stronger and faster. I did anything and everything I could do to get better. It took three years, but I finally got to start a game my junior year. By my senior year I started every game and even earned some honors at the end of the season. Granted, I wasn’t a blue chipper, but that’s okay.
I remember after the season was over, one of the coaches that made the bet on me pulled me aside in the hallway and told me about his friendly wager. He then put his hands on my shoulders and said, “McKay, there are plenty of other guys on the team that have way more natural athletic ability than you. You’re not a naturally athletic guy, but what you lacked in talent, you made up for with hustle and heart. You earned your success.”
