Do HCHF instead of LCHF, alot of carbs, alot of extra cheese, sauce, meat. Personally I prefer my diet, then again I don't have any problem gaining or losing weight. Bacon + Eggs for breakfast is how to do it by the book, even tho 2 cigg + coffee is what usually goes down.

The question I'd like to ask is why do you feel the need to be bigger?
As far as the advice is concerned most people here have answered it. Eat more, lots of carbs, lots of protein, hit the gym. Pretty simple really. I'm around 5'9/10 and a few years back I had no muscle on me at all and weighed around 60kgs (132lbs). I was literally skin and bones. I started to learn a bit more about nutrition, started eating well and worked pretty hard on gaining some muscle (never been to a gym/lifted weights though, that ain't for me). I'm now around 70kgs (154lbs) and pretty content with my body. I want to lose around 2 kilos as it's the summer time and I like to be super slim in the summer, but apart from that I'm a lot happier with my body. I never did anything out of the ordinary, though. I have always ate a lot of food so I just replaced a lot of the junk food I ate with meats & protein. I worked hard at my job, I go running every second day and play sport 4 times a week. The muscle simply comes with time. I'd post a before/after but I can't find any decent comparison photo's, so eh.

Honestly, right now you are considered "underweight" which can be more of a health hazard than some people who are overweight. By not eating your body isn't getting the nutrition it needs. Also sitting on the computer for long periods of time isn't helping either. You need to bump your weight up to at least 175 to get into healthy range. Just think about your health, and force yourself to do this. That itself should be enough motivation.

I don't get how it's hard to lose or gain 1 or 2 kilos. My weight goes up and down depending on the time I'm stepping on the scale and it doesn't make me any more/less happy when I've suddenly gained/lost 2 kilos. At least it used to be like that, haven't weighed myself for a long time.

Not sure if you're talking to me, but I'm 20.
Anyhow, yesterday was fairly good. Had about 3200 calories worth of food. None of it was all that "healthy" though. But eh.

I just suggest, carry on with a greater calory intake, but don't do it with unhealthy food.

I don't know man. I just eat whatever my mom feeds me. then you're probably not eating that much, i used to take like 3-4 portion of diner, had t buy my own foods and supplement because it wasnt enough, i drink a shake like every 2 hours of the day and I'm always eating as im working. you gotta eat even while you're not hungry to gain weight
