Hello, this is Silkroad Online.
As you know, Styria Clash event has ended last Sept. 18.
We have provided D13 Alchemy Stone Prizes to all participants who have joined in this event. However, players have encountered problems when claiming their prizes from the web item mall.
Players get disconnected when taking the items but they can still log in after that. we apologize for this situation.
We would like to inform you that we have already fixed the issue.
Please Let us know if you have further questions or concerns.
