The problem with zyzz and his cult is their conviction to the cause. Their belief that working out and Farking girls is the best way of life becomes so strong they become misc fggts and preach all day how everyone should go to the gym and become shredded and shit. It's Farking annoying, it's comparable to someone trying to shove his religion up your face. Why can't you work out, be a sick cunt, get shredded, **** girls and not make a thread about the exact same thing every week? My roommate has also become a Zyzz fggt. I made a bet with him so we would get more active (bet was who would have the biggest arms at new year's) and the bet has made him gone into overdrive. He's always checking misc, every time he passes the mirror in our hallway he strips down and 'mires' himself, everything he eats he has to be sure to let me know he's 'gaining'. Food is no longer called food, it's called 'gains'. He's currently also on a no-fap spree to increase testosterone and dopamine levels or something. Working out has indeed changed him, but not in a positive sense. Zyzz, misc, lifting, eating, mirin' is now his life and it's a life that requires constant validation from others. Everyone has to know how he is living the life, becoming shredded and being awesome. Since becoming this 'awesome' he hasn't had sex, hasn't fapped, looks at guys bodies all day, looks at how ripped guys are in sex scenes in movies and sizes up everyone he meets. People are either skinnyfags (lol do u even lift?), fat or he will mire them. He spends more time looking at how much muscle other guys have than looking at girls. Instead of this lifestyle leading to a happy and open life it leads to a very closed world where your only friends are misc and real life lifting buddies and all else is trash. For my roommate lifting has instilled this false sense of superiority, made him an annoying, preaching fggt, doesn't fap and looks at guys' bodies all day long. It's not positive at all and there's tons of these type of zyzz fggts out there. You see, Zyzz is a shitty role model. He doesn't teach any values but self admiration and douchebaggery. "If you're a shredded sick cunt you can get away with anything" is his philosophy that he teaches. He's not making people happier, he's converting them into little shits whose worlds revolve around aesthetics.

amen to that brother! I see the exact same thing happening to my friends. They keep sending me pictures of muscled men and whatnot. They check every mirror we walk by and they are CONSTANTLY talking about gaining/shredded/juicing and using all these gay terms. I have been lifting for 5 years now and if I ever would become like them I would shoot myself in the face.

I think of it that way, your body is adapting with the amount of effort you do, so if you do something that needs more effort from you, your muscles will grow to be able to endure that effort, bodybuilding is just wasting your energy to enlarge your muscles with no use but enjoying the look, and you keep lifting heavy weights that doesn't need to be lifted just to convince your body that you need more muscles, I know it's weird to criticize something that is considered normal among people, but that's how stupid the human race is, it's like buying an i7 processor to play solitaire.

anyone here who criticizes lifting is a lazy retard. it is one of the best sports. keep telling yourself we're only doing it for the looks, but some people actually enjoy keeping their body in a good shape. and the looks? well that's a nice bonus. and crysis, I can't take you seriously after your remark. lifting is like buying an i7 processor to play solitaire? WTF? seriously...WTF? also keep hating, but I haven't met one girl yet who thought my goodlooking body is a waste of time. haters gonna hate

But not a prerequisite to getting girls. Well, some girls like guys that are "cut" not guys with muscles popping out everywhere. Right?

And, btw, you don't have to lift to have a goodlooking body.

If I had to choose between those 3 types of body, I would go with Fashion or Fitness. Those bodybuilders there look like shit. I mean, they're ripped and everything, but it looks horrible.

No one else finds anything gay about looking at pictures of dudes to try and find out which type you are?
Might as well read Cosmo while you're at it to find out what kind of lover you are.

Entertainment value of any Cosmo I've ever read is pretty high tbh. I choose Cosmo and other women's magazines (feminism ones are gold) over National Geographic in the lobby of doctor's/dentist's offices nowadays. I once read one where they managed to condemn men for sleeping around because our male chauvinistic society approves of it, and praise women who are cheating because it was a "bonus for the hardworking woman who is in control of her life and can indulge herself in certain pleasures". Feminism logic is undeniable
(sorry for derail but it's a vegeta thread anyways)

I read Cosmo when it's available The more educated you are about sex, the better you are at it

Might as well read Cosmo while you're at it to find out what kind of lover you are. no we do not find it gay because we are confident about our sexuality. it's just an example of what we are talking about here. i find it gay that you immediately associate a man with a naked torso with being gay.
