About characters with their countries in their names?

I noticed a lot of characters with a "_(insert country name here)" at the end of their names, like _br or _pl. Is this something that JM automatically appends to the end of accounts from certain countries? I haven't noticed anyone with _usa at the end of their names...

no, this is just someone who loves their country i guess... its kinda dumb to me.

it can also be informative, for example, in a english-speaking game, if you dont speak it very well and you're french, puttin _FR at the end of your names makes other french people speaking with you.

But i enjoy names without country name at the end of it

never really noticed those country names. But i do notice many symbols and emblems in front of people's names though.

those are guild/union logo's you can get them when you have a guild at lvl 4

Teehe i like it, When a nub guy with a PL at the end of his name is running around with a hunter card and u kill him as thief and he starts cussing in a diffrent language is funny.
Also u know that if u tell them to stop KS they wont listen :banghead:
