Rick finding the buried gun seemed like a metaphor for his life now. Since he was no longer carrying his gun when he went to check the traps. He seems to be more of a pacifist now. When Carl caught Carol showing the kids about knives she didn't want Rick to know because he doesn't want them exposed to that kind of shit. Last year he would of probably left that Scottish(?) bitch out there where he found her or maybe even killed her so she wouldn't find their camp. BTW did he kill her or did he let her turn? Now they are even bringing in people that they find outside when last season they would of killed them or just left them to die.
If that little Harry Potter looking motherfvcker ends up killing Beth I might just rage quit. And what's up with the black guy that got stuck under the liquor shelf(Bob)? Is he gonna have a flashback from the war and murder everyone? Is he a recovering alcoholic which will lead to problems down the road? It just seems that he got a lot of camera time for a new character.
Edit: So the "description" of the episode said something about if they will able to hold onto humanity in the face of a new evil. It is speculated that the new evil is a disease, possibly one like Ebola or botulism. The pig mysteriously dying(even though Hershal is a veterinarian), the zombie that was bleeding from the eyes nose and mouth that they focused on in the beginning and the end of the episode, Rick washing his face in the open barrel outside, the sick kid(Patrick) shaking hands with Darrel after he licked his fingers, and then taking over the grill to cook for everyone, people making out left and right, and finally the feverish kid(Patrick) who died after coughing all over the shower water, he also was bleeding from the eyes when he died.
The last 2 eps I thought were great. I never really liked the governor but these eps really made me feel for him, though ya can't forget the things hes done lol. Kinda rooted for him to change and be good and stuff, but doesn't seem like that will happen.
It's a shame too, I liked Martinez. I'm surprised that brother joined the Gov though, I mean, he killed his brother he didn't seem to mind all that much, but cared he was dead it seemed, unless it was just fear he was next.
Really liked the way it was shown in the beginning as well, how it went back and forth between when Martinez found him, and when he was hanging the clothes.
lol The hell was with Lilly, I mean she just watched a walker come out from the woods across the river, but still decides, the river is what she should watch, rather then her daughter, not that she was even close enough to get to before anything happens anyway.
Daryl was pretty badass, I knew as soon as the camera was turning that way he would be standing there lol.
Wonder what happened with Glen and the bus though.
We just lost a lot of good people, we need time to mourn.
Anyone else notice the crazy lady that tried to kill Rick, to feed her zombie husband, earlier in the season walking into the prison as a walker? I guess Rick was still too much of a bitch to kill her twice.
Didn't care to watch the last episodes last season, digging this season however.
