would i get sick if i eat it?

so i had some cooked beef in a tupperware wich was frozen, took it out last night but forgot to put it in the fridge, it spent like 8-9hours at room temperature, now its unfrozen.

if i keep it at temeprature room for let say 4 more hours and microwave it once im at school, could i get sick from it?

Just make sure you cook it above 75c, it will be okay. Beef isn't as bad as chicken though. But bacteria start dying above 75c

No, beef is good for a long time, you could leave it out another night even and then eat it raw and you'd be fine, go ahead.

You shouldn't be worried. But If it smells bad, Just don't cook it.

The beef seems fine to me unless there's something wrong about it the moment you see or smell it. Waste of good protein.
