Sounds sort of serious. Nothing is more important than our dear SRF accounts. Please fix this!

I don't know what to do if someone starts posting dicks from my account or read my super secret empty PM box ;_;

Oh I should just say what Heart Bleed is in a nutshell. Basically you're able to read 64K from the server from a SSL exploit. Google employee found it, fixed it, and told everyone afterwards. What's the big deal? Basically keep pooling data until you get something that you want ie usernames/passwords.

Well, It's on the news! So.. It seems serious.

A bug in software used by millions of web servers could have exposed anyone visiting sites they hosted to spying and eavesdropping, say researchers.

The bug is in a software library used in servers, operating systems and email and instant messaging systems. Called OpenSSL the software is supposed to protect sensitive data as it travels back and forth. It is not clear how widespread exploitation of the bug has been because attacks leave no trace.

It is serious. As I said you can constantly pool data that you've mined. Someone tested it on Yahoo and after a few minutes they had a couple hundred username/passwords. Since SRF is very slow, it wouldn't be hard to steal an account from here.

This website doesn't use SSL(which is often ran by OpenSSL.) This website has technically been "vulnerable." The problem with that version of OpenSSL is that it allowed for encrypted content to be read without decryption. Anyways I'm recompiling a few of my apache servers as some of my services were vulnerable.

It would be AWFUL... if such thing were to happen here. But who can fix it?
The owner of the server?
