Guid level ups, Guild mercenaries, Guid Emblem, Union Emblem, Guild Wars - everything can cost you alot of money!
Guild Storage was created so guild leaders could more easily keep a track on what money belongs to him and which belongs to the guild to pay these costs.
Back in the days when my guild eXtreme had'nt reached lvl5 yet, we always did: Guild Master pays 50% of guild lvl up, and 50% is divided between all members to pay. The money we're kept in storage.
These days, we give trusted members Guild Storage access, so we can drop off elixirs/vigor pots/elements/equippment that we don't need, so other members can always have a look in guildstorage if they are in need of new gear.
