The worth of shields

What is the price difference between shield as they go up in block ratio.

I was using a 60% +3 shield,and today i found a 70% shield,so I switched over.In 1 lvl i wont be using a shield at all so how much could I get for each of these? They are both +3

usually it helps if yuo give the actually # not the %

especailly in SoS and the higher ranges. for a regualr 16 br (60%) is sorta ok, and 17 (70%) is good. everything under 15 is considered bad, very bad. it goes up fast at 17+ though. can't give yuo a price estimate with no lvl....

i have one lvl 52 +3 BR 16 (60%)
and a lvl 56 +3 BR 17(70%)
