Can you get an icon for your Guild at level 3 or 4? Every person I ask says something different. I saw here in a picture tutorial about Guilds that it's level 4, but a lot of people in-game with emblems say it's 3. What's going on?

could someone post a link(s) to any guild tutorials we have here in the forum...looking specifically some for making emblems for your guild and how to go about uploading it...
