Alright buddy, I just made a few screenshots of what I think would be a good build, which <almost> mimics what I'm creating currently. I am doing a few things differently, mostly due to SP constraints (I don't have 200k SP

). Also, note that all of the skills below are maxed out to 69, the maximum you can have currently. (Ice is at 68 because that is the highest needed for the skills shown.)
Bicheon
Some things to note: The Blade Force Series (fourth one down) has all three books maxed out. This one is optional. It is one of the two ranged attacks of bicheon, and I have found it useful. It's weak and not really used to fight in PvP or even PvE. However, it's good for attacking people on the run and will kill low levels really fast from a distance. It may also be used to start off an attack on monsters. The other ranged attack, Sword Dance Series (second from the bottom), is not added at all. The skill is optional.
Also note that Smashing Series (first one) was not added. I currently use it (on the second book) and have not found it really useful, honestly. It is optional, but it does not do a great deal of damage. Could be used to kill low levels quickly and with little MP.
Note that on the Chain Sword Attack Series (second one down), the Blood Chain (second one in) and Ascension Chain (fourth one in) were added and maxed out. These are optional. The reason is that these two chains are weaker than the Billow Chain (second one in) and Heaven Chain (fifth one in). Thus, the weaker two chains are seen as superfluous. Up to you.
Fire
These are the fire skills you will want.
Lightning
I do believe lightning will be essential for your blader character. The skills added here will benefit you greatly.
Please note that I did max out the Ghost walk-phantom book of the Wind Walk Series (third one down, middle icon). This skill is the one that gives you a large boost of speed to basically "teleport" you where your mouse is pointing. This skill is optional, but useful. It can move you out of sticky positions quickly, or it can catch you up to someone you are chasing.
Optional Mastery:
Cold
These are the two skills of cold that you will want.
Cold is an optional mastery, and it will depend on how you want to distribute your 300 possible Mastery SP points.
Both of these skills will help boost you defense. Please note that the mastery is only put to level 68 because that is the maximum you need to max out all of the skills there. At level 60, you will get a large boost from both of the skills, so that may be as high as you want to put it, depending again on how much of your mastery points you wish to use up.
-------------
IF YOU CHOOSE COLD, this set up will use up 224060 SP, and 275 of your possible 300 mastery level points. With 200k SP, you will get this (and then some) extra SP while leveling up to 80 or doing quests.
If you
do not choose cold, you will use up 191243 SP, and 207 of your possible 300 mastery level points.
Again, these are the skills based on maxing your masteries out to 69. You will have to choose how you wish to distribute your possible 300 mastery level points, if not following my suggestions made here.
