 Post subject: Question about skills (Heuksal/Forces)

I'm planning on being a Full INT Nuker w/ Fire/Lightning (how surprising). Currently using garment, gonna switch to Protecter at 32, and then Armor at 40.

At level 16, I farmed 10k SP (Just to see what it was like), and at level 17 I changed the gap to 0, and then I'll finish off my farming after I get my nuke.

Now here are my questions:

1. What's the best place to farm at lvl 30? I've heard Earth Ghosts/Gun Powder/Taoists
2. Is investing points into Cold force useful for my char type? (Ice guard, frost nova, cold armor). Just wondering so I know whether its worth the time to farm at lvl 30. If I don't invest in Cold Force, do I still need to farm at lvl 30? or just keep like a lvl 4 gap throughout the game?
3. Are Fire Protection / Frost Guard all that helpful at later levels? And if I did get them, should I use points maxing them (or it)?
4. Since I'm planning on being a nuker, the only Heuksal skills im going to invest in is Soul Spear, Flying Dragon Spear, and the HP Bonus. I haven't heard that much feedback on the revamp of the Bloody Fan Storm tree. It looks useful (366 inc in M.def at lvl 51), but it only lasts 15 seconds right? Or should I just stick with Bloody Wolf Storm (Blocking ratio+)? Or should I just ignore that tree?

First off, switching protector types often can be costly. You may be better of with just staying at protector or just armor.

1. Earth ghosts and Taoist/Earth Magicians are good.
2. Depends how much you want to farm. Ice can be nice for the two defense skills it has (all you really need), but I would not get it if you're not willing to spend the extra time to farm the XP for it. It's not THAT useful when it's taking away points from your other skills.
3. I'm not exactly sure what you mean by fire and ice guard. No such skills exist. Fire protection series is a very good idea (fire wall is not). Frost guard will help you a lot if you ever level it up to level 60. It will give a good defense boost, but only if you're willing to save the XP.
4. I do not know so much about the Heuksal mastery (though, I do not suggest at all that you get the chain tree). I'd say ignore that tree.

Thanks for the reply.

When you mean costly, do you mean dangerous or costing too much money? And sorry about the misstype of the skills, Fire Protection and Frost Guard were the ones I meant. I'm still sitting on the fence about whether to invest into Cold, since the defensive skills would help a lot for a full INT type, but I guess I have to wait 'til I reach 32-ish and see if I'd mind farming the SP.

For a nuker, get:

soul spear series (stun)
ghost spear sereis (burst of damage, knockback)
and since you already have dragon slow, may as well max it as its damage isnt bad either.

Max all books of fan storm. They will help you a lot

last book chain is more poweful than a nuke...

get it only if ur heavy farmed....if u not plannin to farm alot then forget it.

Last book of chain takes ages and 5/6 hit chains eat your durability.
Don't go armour, stick with garms or prot.
Nukers in armour get owned by other nukers in garms.
