Is there any general price I should be paying a hunter for a trade escort? I don't want to be an a-hole and underpay and I don't want to get ripped off so this is my only chance.

I'm doing 1 star trades right now, but sometimes player thieves passing by will attack me and I have to rely on my friend trading with me to have a guaranteed success rate.

Nothing. Hunters don't deserve gold.

lol

I wouldnt rely on a hunter for a 1* because its pretty underwhelming to hunt for that and u hardly make any gold from 1* anyways. If you need help try doing some anti pop methods, like using horse, avoiding thiefing hot spots, and using the cheapest loot u can (which will discourage thiefs from picking it up because it fills their transports fast). Also a buddy system should help out which you're doing already.

Alright, thanks for the tips. Sometimes I get lucky and a bored hunter at the ferries will stick with me to chase away poppers.
