Yeah I remember seeing the description for that skill. It said something like "use of this skill may cause the player to get burned out or go senile." I got it anyway and never had a problem. I think the developers throw things like that in there as a joke. I did that in an app I developed before, in the help -> about dialog, just to see if people would notice.
