I have told a few ppl about this method and decided to write a short tut to explain it.

Its called the inch worm method and there are two variations. I first heard about it from a Malaysian member as they seem to be the group using it the most.

METHOD 1

Start your char and get it to 5 with masteries at your level. Only level a weapon and force mastery at this time. Then stop leveling the mastery and get your char to level 10. Raise your mastery to match. Stop raising mastery and level char to 15, then raise mastery to match. Do this until level 64 using gear you find and weapons you make yourself, saving every possible piece of gold and keeping your eyes open for a good deal on a 64 SOS weapon of your class. At 55 stop leveling masteries or level to 60 and start from there (the second is easier). Get your 64 SOS and start SP farming for real in the caves where the spawn is reallly good. Farm the rest of the SP you need for your build there, adding whatever additional masteries you wish.

METHOD 2

Similar to METHOD 1 with a minor adjustment. Level 6, raise masteries to 5, level to 11, raise masteries to 10, level to 16, raise masteries to 15, etc. You should be able to squeeze in an extra mastery this way and have 3 instead of just 2 till level 60.


These are pretty hardcore. I wouldnt recomend them to the average player. This will level you fast tho and give you the opportunity to get to a level where you can PVP in the shortest amount of time with the most SP. Farming in the den without an SOS 16 bow is impossible for most new players, so this is an excellent alternative. Ive tried it on a new server where SOS bows are rare and impossible to afford. 1=38 in roughly 2 weeks without running out of SP.

Hmm, i'm using this strategy, but i will change it a little bit soon.

So atm I'm lvling my weapon masterie and 3 force masteries at the same time (all i want to have) . All the time I'm keeping a 4 gap (also all my masteries are at the same lvl).

The changes:

- Stop lvling 1 masterie (ice in my case).
- Keep a lvl 5 gap for my secondary masteries.
- Have only one masterie at lvl 4 gap.

I will do farming later on in caves and on penons, because now the caves are literally "empty", because the cap rose and all the bots moved to Takla.
