Usually, when you get the box that pops up with the ???? error, it's related to your graphics card. Update your graphics card drivers and see if it happens again.
Sorry if I didn't answer your question, I just guessed at what your question was...

^ if thats right then whenever i get the error i just restart my system and it works again... but yeah update those drivers dude
(if he is infact asking that... i had no clue to start)

What is the problem?? the graphic card?? or video card?

Update your drivers for:
video card
sound card
chipset
and you should be fine. That's what worked for me.
