Need:
1 Tip of chopped tomatoes
1 large onion
1 pepper (any colour)
1 stick of celerary
2 garlic segments
Olive Oil
Mince Beef/pork/lamb
tomatoe puree

How to:

3: put onion & garlic into the pan but warm the oil first

4: cook onions until browned slightly or you think its enough (2-5minutes is usually enough)

5: now add your meat

6: cook meat until it is all sealed (colour has changed from original pinkish colour to a light colour)

7: add the tin of chopped tomatoes, celerary and peppers (make sure the vegetables is chopped size depends on what you want)

8: add another 50% of the tomatoe tin of water to the pan
9: leave to cook until it has become thick but not too thick just enough so its not gona be too runny

While it is simmering

garlic bread

Need:

oragano
garlic power (if no power finely chop 1 or 2 segments but make sure it is finely chopped and crushed)
butter
bread roll (either cooking bread or baguettes but fail this toast can be used for a quick method)

How to:

1: mix a large pinch or 2 of oragano to about 2 table spoons of butter (if you feel you want more add acording to preferences)

2: add garlic power now to the mix (careful not to add too much if you have things planned for the next day)

3: spread the garlic butter onto your bread and put under the grill for
4minutes for cooked bread, 13minutes for baking bread, toast slices of bread for 3minutes and then spread butter on for quick method

4: take the bread out of the grill and break up into hallfs then quaters so that one full medium sized baguette will server 2-4 people depending on how much each person wants

Egg Mess

1. Learn how to make scrambled eggs

2. Start making scrambled eggs

3. Just before you take eggs off the heat, throw a goodly amount of cheese on top and let it melt but not burn

4. Add ham and let it get warm but not cooking

5. Stop heating above contents

6. Make some bacon (I just use the microwave kind) and make it crunchy, break it into fragments and sprinkle those on top of eggs

7. Slather in A1-Steak Sauce

8. Accept that the heart attack is worth it.

tuna salad

need:
1 big can of tuna (idk 450g?)
- make that tuna in oil or water. not in jelly or something =_=
1/3 onion
2 gherkins
light mayonnaise (probably about 3 or 4 big scoops)
mustard

step 1: open can of tuna. let the oil leak out.
step 2: put tuna in a bowl and start mashing it with a
knife so you dont have big chunks of tuna in your salad.
step 3: chop onion and gherkins into small pieces and add to tuna
step 4: put in mayonnaise until the salade is nice and soggy.
step 5: put in a little bit of mustard just to spice it up a bit

served cold. to be eaten with bread mostly :)

edit: and i always put some chili flakes on it to spice it up more.

breakfast sousage
olive oil
dried parsley
toast
(any other veggies u might like)

steps

*best to cook over skillet*
-chop ur boil ur potatoes until nice and soft chop them up to personal preference, cut the sausages about the same size ( make sure skillet is buttered nicely b4 hand :P)

-while potatoes and sausages are cookin slice a few tomatoes, pour half a cup of olive oil and hearty amount of dried parsley in food processor just a quick mix will do ....drizzle this over ur tomatoes and let them bath in it for a while

-goin back to ur potatoes and sausages season them with a lil salt and pepper and make sure they are still sizzling so stir often when potatoes take once nice golden brown color start fillin in the gaps of the skillet with eggs once uve done that just break the yolk and put the lid on and let cook ( not long if u like ur eggs runny)

- pretty much done now just wipe up sum toast place a few of ur tomatoes on it and grab u self a slice of egg casserole

Sweet ass omelette

Count 2-3 eggs per person. Cooking cream is not necessary, but makes it more fluffy.

sun dried tomatoes in oil
cashew seeds (non roasted)
parmesan cheese (Parmigiano-Reggiano)
fresh basil
salt & black peppar

If you only have one frying pan start of with preparing the filling. If you got more then one, you can do this when the omelette is cooking.

Filling
Putt the cashew seeds in a not to hot frying pan. They burn easily so keep the heat at medium. When golden brown, take them out the pan and put them aside. You can also do the same with the sun dried tomatoes to enhance their flavour.

Omelette
Time to mix the omelette. Crack the eggs in a bowl together with some cooking cream, whip with an easy hand just so everything gets mixed. Add some salt and peppar to the mixture and then pour it over into a warm frying pan. The heat should be medium to low and put a lid on top. If you don't have any that fits, use something else in the kitchen that withstands heat, like a pie tin or aluminium film.

When the omelette is only creamy at the top, its time to put on the cashew seeds and sun dryed tomatoes. Also add some salt and peppar. Put back the lid and cook untill the whole omelette got a firm consistency.

Serve it with basil and and thin strips of parmesan on the top.

my indonesian grannie used to make fishcookies when
shed be at our place.. they taste great!! ill try translating
the recepy :D

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

what you need

- 1 large can of pink salmon (approx. 418 gram)
- 3 "beschuiten" or crackers. beschuit is translated as rusk.
- 1 spoon of flower
- 4 or more eggs
- 6 spoons of chopped onion
- 2 pieces of garlic (chopped)
- a big squeeze of tomato ketchup
- if you want, you can add some capers too
- black pepper
- oil to bake it in

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

how to make it

you make it in a big bowl (to mix it)

- crumble the rusk
- add the salmon (take out the bones and skin)
- add the spoon of flower
-- now stir it
- add the eggs, garlic, ketchup, pepper (,capers)
-- mix it

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

now you have the mix to make the cookies.

- put oil in a baking pan
- make sure the oil is hot
- now scoop a spoon of the mix and put it in the oil
-- when one side is brown (i prefer em to get a bit black-ish. no problem),
flip them over
-- when both sides are brown/black, they are done. doesnt matter if the
sides still look pink-ish. thats fine.

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Sauce

the sauce doesnt have a proper recepy, so improvise a bit ;)

basics:
- chopped onions
- garlic
-- bake in oil till its glossy
- add paprika (dunno maybe called pepper? the big ones; green/red/yellow
- little bit of water, pepper, vinegar, sugar and a little "maggi" block.. that
maggi block is just some herb block, you dont really need it. i couldnt
find it here in australia so we did without :P
-- let this heat up a bit longer and you are done.

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

what to eat em with

you can eat em with just about anything; potatos, rice (we always ate
em with rice), on a sandwich with some ketchup, all is fine.

enjoy! was always one of my favorite meals :)

Great guide to making tikka masala curry, if you like Indian food:
http://www.videojug.com/film/how-to-mak ... kka-masala

Awesome beef recipe that I learned from watching 30 minute meals back before Rachael Ray got all famous and blah.
http://www.foodnetwork.com/food/recipes ... 87,00.html

Rice and beans the Bakemaster way:

1 can black beans & 1 can pinto beans (12-16 oz depending on brand, Pastene sucks, Goya is okay)
1 ham steak OR 1 pound chicken breast, cut as you like (I usually do small dice for ham and cut the chicken into ~inch strips, but whatever)
3 nice big garlic cloves, minced
1 medium red onion, chopped small
1 small red bell pepper, small dice (I've also tried long thin strips, but I prefer to dice the pepper to roughly the same size as the beans)
1-2 tsp red pepper flakes (actually I measure this by sight so that's a rough estimate)
1 tsp oregano (again, estimate)
1/4 cup olive oil (extra virgin ftw)
1/2 cup red wine (cook with wine you would drink, unless you are like me and can't afford to cook with good wine)
salt to taste

1. Heat the pan over medium-high flame. A big saute with a heavy bottom or a cast-iron skillet is best but you can use a saucepan, it will take longer to cook. Test the heat by holding your hand just above the surface of the pan; when it's hot enough to become uncomfortable after holding it there for a few seconds, add the oil. Turn the pan and let the oil heat up for about ten seconds.

2. Add the garlic and pepper flakes and cook for another ten seconds. Add the onion and bell pepper and stir/toss — if you leave the garlic on the bottom it will burn. Burnt garlic is horrible and the pan is hot so keep it moving.

3. When the onion starts to get translucent (about thirty seconds?) add the red wine. This is where if you have roommates or family living with you people will come into the kitchen and ask you what smells so good. Mmmmm. Give it another ten seconds for the alcohol to cook off, then add both cans of beans and stir.

4. There will usually be some gunk left in the cans, more or less depending on the brand you used. I usually swirl a little water around in there to get that bean gunk and add it to the pan, but adding more liquid also adds cooking time, so if you're in a hurry skip it. Turn the flame down to medium-low, add the chicken or ham and let it simmer.

5. As soon as the chicken is cooked through (about five minutes depending on how you cut it), add the oregano and salt to taste. You can take it off at that point if you like your beans firm, or you can keep it simmering longer to thicken and soften them up. Just keep an eye on it and give it a good stir every few minutes.

6. Serve with warm rice! I like a 1:1 blend of jasmine and basmati but, you know... whatever. I'm not going to teach you how to cook rice.

got my own recipe

fail that ask my dad, he was told by indians he is the best white guy who can make a curry, well 1 guy told him like that others phrased it different blah you get the idea...and yeh he is a chef and i love to boast that he got number 6 best chef in the Midlands area

anyways after watching that vid

i would seal the chicken when the curry power is added, gives the chicken more flavor, i would also insted of the tomatoe add a tin of chopped tomatoes and water (half the tin), then add yohgurt once its all done as you need to have the curry off the heat before you can add it other wise it wil mess up

You mean sear the chicken?

The thing is if you do that, the chicken might not be as tender as if you add it after the tomatoes, when there is more liquid. I cook this recipe a lot and personally I don't think it needs more flavor. But to each their own.

Since it's getting to be summer, I also have to mention Blueberry Buckle! Ohhhh so good, if you have a farmers market or are lucky enough to live near someplace to pick the berries yourself. Still good if not. Use frozen berries though and I will hunt you down and kill you.

A great way to improve instant-crappy-ramen that you get from the store is to add a beaten egg and turn it into egg drop soup. It's that simple, just beat the egg and pour it into the boiling water (slowly or quickly depending on how chunky you want it), it cooks instantly so add it right when your noodles are done and then turn the heat off. You can also add chopped scallion (green onion), you can use a potato peeler to make thin strips of carrot or celery or bell pepper that get tender very quickly in boiling water (add them at the beginning), even frozen corn niblets can be a nice addition when you really only have five minutes to cook.
