Bow: Strenght or magic?

i want to start a new char, this time with a bow

i want to make a real good one, so, i would like to know what's better for bow... pure strenght, hybrid or pure magic?

if magic... what speciality? fire or cold?

i had pure strength with ice

lost patience with it tho because it didnt settle the way i normaly play games.

worked well tho

From what iv read in another thread, and attempted till lv 11 (yeah, i kno, its not high enuf lvl to prolly even consider a test) and it did pretty well, i usually killed everything before it hit me on each quest i did.
HAH, i forgot to mention what it was.
I did a hybrid of int and str, steady 50/50, used the first skill in the first series of cold lv 1, and first skill of first series for archer (i say this cus i dont remember the skill names, lol) and it worked out nicely, thinking about doin it again on babel, but researching before i put out any sp points, so basically not using any skills at the moment lol

So basically - 50/50 str/int - cold series
