nah, that one wants you to pay too, after you get just the really basic info. i am lookin for one that actually tells me who has the phone number, i guess they might have taken it offline... that blows.

i dont know the provider. yes they should mostly be cell numbers...

the reason i am doing this is for a co-worker's son. she wants to see if anyone that she doesnt want him talking to is talking to him.
